From digital products to China–Germany operations.
Digital product work shaped how I understand requirements and users. Team leadership added organisation and cross-functional coordination. Since moving to Germany in 2019, I have expanded this experience into business operations, suppliers, exhibitions, procurement and logistics.
DIGITAL / BUSINESS / OPERATIONS
Digital foundation
I began with websites, interfaces and products across platforms. This work established a practical foundation in planning and making digital products.
Product & design leadership
At Sina Lottery and Huasheng Securities, I led product design work and teams. At Huasheng, I built the design department from zero to 20 direct team members in approximately one year.
Germany & cross-border operations
Since moving to Germany in 2019, I have expanded my work into business operations, suppliers, procurement, logistics, exhibitions and tax- and customs-related operational processes.
